Friendly Fan Fun

After doing a massive Autumn clean out- I needed some crfating Fun. I've made this card inspired by this beautiful Japanese Doll, that my BF's son bought me back from his trip to Japan last year, isn't she just gorgeous. I love her :) I really wante dto keep some of the white purity about my card, which was way harder than I thought it might be. I created the background by brayering on glossy card stamping the fan, and adding some gold by using the inner bit out of the smooch, and finally some texture by embossing. I've made the fans with handmade Washi paper.

I'm entering this card into 2 cool challenges:
The GC99 Fan Challnege at Ginger Snap Creations
and over at Just Add Ink the theme is Friends or mates for ANZAC Day.

I'm thrilled to be included in this very talented team, and to be making friends with the lovely members.
This Pillow box is what we made in Julia's online class on monday night. My bow's so flashy, my camera won't focus it properly LOL

Geisha

One of the current challenges over at Gingersnap Creations is Geisha. I love Asian Designs at the best of times, so this months challenges at Gingersnap are a Must for me.

I have stamped my image with Staz On, then Brayered, I then added some interest by painting part of the image with Shimmer Paint. I've matted with Basic Black and some real pretty metallic embossed Asian type paper. Satin Real Red Ribbon and sentiment added with the Tiny Tag and we are done.

Worth the Wait

This card is inspired by the Muse Julee Tillman's card at Case Study, I think I've just about pulled off this colour combo :) I think it's an elegant card, pretty but not too girly.

It's hard to see from the photo but I've added Dazzling Diamonds and Shimmer Paint to the butterfly.

Colour Combo: Pear Pizzazz, Early Expresso, Daffodil Delight.
Stamp Sets: Word Play, Strength and Hope.

Simple Pizzazz

Pear Pizzazz is probably one of my favourite colours. I've started the week by making this little cute Gift bag, a perfect Hostess or Door Prize. I've made it using the Scallop Circle Die- nice and simple.
I'm entering into 2 challenges; Over at Jac-Inks Papercraft Challenges they are challenging us to use any combination of the In Colours, and over at Just Add Ink they're asking to Just Add a Bag or Box.
Between me and you, I find 3D items the trickest thing to make, so I'll be taking a good peek at the other entries, of which there are already some lovely creations.

Details:
Colour Combo: Pear Pizzazz, Very Vanilla, Blushing Bride.
Stamp Sets: Punch Potpourri, Nature Walk.
Other: Big Shot, Scallop Circle Die, Vintage Wallpaper Folder, Scallop Squares Duo, I1/4 scallop square Punch, Boho Blossoms Punch,Paper Daisies, Antique Brads.
