What fun I had last night with some girlfriends- we watched the Royal Wedding from start to finish :-) my daughter and I hadn't seen it, we watched the Kiwi version (thanks Mom) , in full and some Uk Highlights (thanks Dad).
I made cupcakes including these cute little Toppers- using the Scallop oval punch and small Oval and the Crown images from Extreme Elements and Artistic Etchings. Add some Dazzling Diamonds and they are done.

Happy I Do Day

Here's the card I've made for our friends who were married yesterday- Happy Day indeed :-)
I used the sketch over at Just Add Ink I'm really pleased with how the card worked out, I wanted a traditional looking card but with a bit of romance with flowers and ribbon.
And because everyone loves a wedding, I've also added some photos of us x

This was the gorgeous bouquet of lilies, tulips, berries and anenomes.

The bride looking beautiful with a real Vintage feel :-)

Here We all our, dressed for a rainy day in Wellington x

Colour Combo: Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White.
Stamp set: Word Play

New Challenge Blog

There's a new Challenge Blog coming Craft Room Challenge it looks like it's gonna be fun :-) They are currently calling for their Design Team Members- here's my entry- What's yours going to be? Check the Craft Room for details.

I've picked 3 of my recent projects that I think best show my style- always tricky :-)
I love "Vintage" Style, and I love creating unique pieces by collaging my own stamps and adding texture. All 3 pieces I think show this well, I love sharing what I do, and I hope I inspire people to create, and if lucky enough to be picked I reckon being on a Design Team will be fun but also give me a chance to share and receive new ideas x

Art Deco Card

Last night Dee showed us how to make a Funky Fold Card- it's a really cool card- I stuffed mine up though :-( so mine's smaller than it shold be.... but I think it still works. I think the shape lends itself beautifully to the Art Deco Style.

Live in Australia or Nz? and wanna join in the fun at Crafters Anonymous then send me an email and I'll invite you. We have an amazing all day online virtual stamp camp coming up in aid of charity on 29th may- with heaps of prizes and raffles donated by Stampin' Up!
Trust me you don't want to miss it x

Coaster Notepads

A fellow team Mate and I have just done a private swap, we have similar crafty tastes :-) and so we came up with the idea of creating these Altered Coaster Notepads. Lynette has made me this gorgeous notepad- way too beautiful to actually use LOL. Lynette doesn't have a blog (yet), so leave her some comment love here x

I can't get over the amazing detail.

I've also popped up a photo of mine, in case you missed it over on my other blog x
